A.A. Development is a Massachusetts-based residential developer focused on high-end custom homes and private residential investments.

We take on architecturally driven projects that demand discipline, coordination, and execution at the highest level. Our design-build model allows us to manage every phase: site evaluation and feasibility through construction and final delivery, with clarity and control.

We work closely with architects and private investors to deliver residences defined by proportion, material integrity, and long-term value.

How We Work

Phase One

Land & Feasibility

We read the ground before we love the design: survey, zoning, septic, wetlands, and the honest math of what a site can carry. Surprises are engineered out here, where they are cheap.

Phase Two

Architecture & Design

We partner with some of New England's finest residential architects and hold the plans to a developer's standard: every line either earns buyer value or it doesn't survive review.

Phase Three

Construction

Engineered foundations, disciplined trades, written specifications, and weekly control of cost and schedule. The parts of a house no one photographs are the parts we are proudest of.

Phase Four

Delivery & Beyond

Staged, documented, and delivered complete, then supported after the closing. Our best addresses come back to us as referrals, which is the only marketing we trust.

The People We Build With

Architecture is a collaboration, and we choose collaborators the way buyers choose houses: on proof.

We work in partnership with some of New England's most respected residential architects, selected for the character of each site, together with the region's leading shingle-style and coastal practices on work now in design.

The same standard extends to every trade: our stone masons, landscape designers, and craftsmen are briefed from written specifications: dimensions, materials, and finishes locked before the first order is placed.

Proportion. Material integrity. Long-term value.

Warm-traditional detailing, honest materials: cedar, stone, copper. And massing that reads correctly from the street. We build homes intended to look as right in twenty years as they do at the first showing.
